A beautiful pitcher of colorful sangria, garnished with vibrant fruit, makes a stunning centerpiece that will liven any holiday table. So kick off the season with a bit of stylish flavor and give this recipe a try. We’re sure it will be a crowd pleaser!
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1 bottle red wine such as ONEHOPE Merlot
1 small orange thinly sliced
1 lemon thinly sliced
Directions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add wine, orange & lemon slices, stir gently. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 5 cups.
Have fun with your sangria and experiment with your own favorite fruits—try adding raspberries, or even blood oranges. Or try adding a splash of club soda for a sparkling and festive cocktail.
